Contact and waitlist enquiries

When you submit your details via the contact form on this website, we collect:

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about Engramic. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form and tick the consent checkbox.

Platform account data

If you create an account on the Engramic platform, we collect your email address, name, and any information you provide during onboarding. We use this to provide the service. The legal basis is the performance of a contract.

Usage data

We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used, to understand how the product is being used and improve it. This data is not linked to identifiable individuals unless you are logged in.

How long we keep your data

Contact enquiry data is retained for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential business relationship, and no longer than three years from last contact.

Platform account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 12 months after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@engramic.ai.
